Merchant Policy

We will replace your product or refund your purchase price within 30 days of purchase if Nature's Innovation, Inc. products are lost, damaged or the product and shipping container are unopened and unused. If the products have been opened or used we can not issue a refund under any circumstances.

Return Policy

A 20% restocking fee and shipping fees will be charged for any returned or refused items. You must ask for a return authorization number before returning any product. We do not accept returns on opened items. You may return a damaged item for replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. You have 30 days in which to receive a return authorization for unopened items and return an item for a 20% restocking fee, after this period items are non-refundable. All items will be refused if they do not have an RMA number. We will refund or replace any item lost in shipment within 30 days of the purchase date. We will not issue refunds based on product results. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include your e-mail sales receipt with all correspondence. You may want to insure your return, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement less restocking and shipping fees, once the product has been returned as outlined in our policy. Shipping Policy:

How long will it take for me to get my domestic U.S. order?

All online orders are generally processed and shipped the same business day excluding holidays if the order is place by 2PM EST USA.. Shipping is automatically calculated and shipping options are offered upon checkout. We ship from Atlanta, Georgia, USA and estimate between 2 to 5 days for product delivery (after processing and shipment) depending on the shipping method (UPS, USPS).  Please anticipate 7-30 business days for product delivery for International orders (after processing and shipment). Some countries customs offices may be slower than others to process incoming shipments. These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or Postal Service delays.

Do you ship to Internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping options are offered upon checkout depending on your country. Global Priority Mail can take from 7-20+ days to reach its destination depending on local customs officials. Customs is usually the main hold-up for shipping overseas. If you would like your package to be received much faster, please select UPS Worldwide expedited or Express when you check out from our store.  International shipping can take from 7 to 30+ business days for standard Global Priority Mail delivery after the order has been processed. These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or Postal Service/Foreign Customs delays. Some countries' processing of incoming packages is slower than others.

The customer is responsible for any duty or local destination charges imposed by customs officials.

Can you ship product to me overnight?

Yes. In the domestic USA we can ship overnight by either checking out via the online shopping cart or calling us. If we receive the order before 2PM EST USA, and it is a week day, we can ship rush orders.

 

Do you accept mail orders and fax orders?

Yes we do!  Add products to your checkout and then print out the form, and fax, or mail checks (checks require 3-5 days to clear before shipment) or money orders to: (678) 889-4480 or mail to:

We recommend sending a money order and we will ship same day of receipt, if by 2PM EST.  Send us an email so that we can look out for your order. For international orders, we require an International Money Order, payable in US$.
