Does free ground shipping apply to International and Alaska/Hawaii destinations?
Unfortunately, orders received for International destinations and Hawaii/Alaska (Outside the contiguous 48 states) do not qualify for free ground shipping.

When will my product be shipped?
Orders received before 2 PM (Eastern Standard Time, USA) are shipped the same business day Monday thru Friday. Orders received over the weekend are shipped before 2PM the following Monday. All orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia, USA.  NOTE: Orders made on Thursdays shipped 2nd day air, will not arrive until the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Fridays via next day air will be delivered on Monday, unless additional Saturday delivery fees are paid.
